Last Thursday evening, founders, builders, and entrepreneurs gathered at Simmer Down in San Salvador for another edition of the Foundry Labs Startup Founders Meetup.
What followed was something increasingly rare: real conversations between people actively building.
No panels. No corporate theater. Just founders sharing ideas, challenges,opportunities, and lessons learned over pizza and conversation.
The evening featured a special presentation by Christian Wright, CEO of Weris App,who spoke about the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and what it means for startups being built today. From practical AI tools founders can implement immediately to the broader opportunities emerging across Latin America, the discussion quickly turned into an open exchange of ideas and questions from the room.
But the value of the meetup goes beyond any single speaker.
